Acerca del puesto:

The aim of the role is to act as the main point of contact within Trade Marketing concerning the assigned channel / category, providing support to Sales and Marketing in the development of the Company Plan (Bottom-up), supporting Sales in the preparation of offers to wholesalers/customers and maintaining track of the wholesaler/ customer execution of the agreed activities, ensuring a constant challenge to the Sales team to exploit missing business opportunities.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Responsible for the development of the trade marketing plan of FERRERO ICE CREAM
  • Calculate the ROI of each activation sharing to the HEAD OF TRADE MKT MANAGER the financial information in order to define the most profitability action plan.
  • Share with Sales the Trade Marketing Plan according to the Business calendar timings to define and close the activity planning at Wholesaler/customer level.
  • Working with sales team to define the ICE CREAM contract for wholesalers / customers.
  • Accompaniments to identify all kind of opportunities:
    • Sales Team à Meetings with clients (sales & trade team)
    • Wholesaler à To salesman in order to visit point of sale.
  • Identify brand opportunities and challenges for the dedicated wholesalers / customers
  • Develop activation plan guidelines for the assigned wholesalers / customers.

Responsible of analysis of Ferrero’s performance, considering ICE CREAM category, FERRERO’s brand vs main competitors

A quién estamos buscando:

Candidates Professional Profile:

  • Bachelor’s in administration and Business Economics or similar
  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar position, desirable in FMCG - OOH
  • Working experience in a cross-cultural environment and in a matrix organization preferable

Information & Systems Skills:

  • Advance level of MS Office
  • Familiarity with SAP is considered as a plus

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
