About the Role:
For our Ferrero Group Companies based in our Headquarters, we are looking for a Business Processes Outsourcer Lead, who will become part of our Finance Department based in Luxembourg.
Thanks to this exciting and challenging opportunity, you will be responsible for monitoring and oversighting Accounting and Administration services outsourced to a Shared Service Center for Luxembourg Entities (including Headquarters).
In this role you will report to the Transactional Operations Head and will cooperate and collaborate with the other key Finance stakeholders in the team, with Group Business Process Outsourcer as well as with Group and Local functions, such as important and senior profiles in Procurement, IT, etc.
Covering this position, you will take part in all new projects/initiatives affecting Accounting and business processes, in line with Group BPO initiatives.
You will strengthen partnership with the Shared Service Center by ensuring alignment with business objectives, effective communication and collaboration, monitoring their performances and driving services and metrics reviews on a regular basis. This will enable you to ensure supplier adherence to service levels and KPI’s and driving improvements in service delivery.
Moreover, you will benchmark and facilitate best practices, set up and develop a continuous improvement approach by identifying areas of improvements and challenging the Shared Service Center and the internal stakeholders.
Last but not least, you will build strong relationships and gain alignment between Lux Finance team, Shared Service Center, Business Process Owners, and any other key players involved in process management, ensuring consistency in a rapid growth environment, and better serving business needs.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your university degree background in Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar and your 4 to 6 years of experience in an Accounting function of a multinational Company or in a consulting Company.
Being an excellent written and oral communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills, you will act as an effective change agent, being flexible and able to deal with a dynamic working environment.
Your ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills will help you to reach your goals.
Your high level of self-motivation and initiative, and ability to operate as a team player will be an interesting asset for us, together with your strong analytical mindset and your well-organized, detail-oriented attitude.
