We are currently looking for a Brand Social Responsibility & Innovations Marketing Project Manager (M/F) for Nutella®, a leading brand in a dynamic category with multiple challenges in the French market.

We are looking for a profile who will contribute to the strategic direction and implementation of the Brand Social Responsibility, through multiple marketing projects for Brand Equity, and launch of product innovations into new categories/segments in the French market.


This full-time position with great challenges will report directly to the Nutella® Marketing Director for the French Region and work in a matrix environment with the central teams at Ferrero Group headquarters. The position includes the management of an intern.
 

Main responsibilities :

Brand Social Responsibility Marketing Plan

Brand Social Responsibility Program (BSR communication campaign & assets deployment across all touch points i.e. web site, packaging, reusable jar innovation project test in partnership with Loop) 
 

  • Recommend and execute the social responsibility brand-building activities
  • in consistency with the local brand strategy as well as with Ferrero Group BSR guidelines
  • in synergy with the local unbranded activity grid managed by Institutional Affairs & Corporate Communication department
  • in full integration into the brand ecosystem in France
  • with the support of external agencies and in collaboration with internal departments according to Ferrero Group roles and responsibilities Matrix
  • Recommend & orchestrate local media plan - mainly digital – in collaboration with the Media department as well as with the local media agency
  • Recommend - together with local Consumer & Shopper Understanding department - of the research funnel
  • Recommend & monitor the relevant KPIs
  • Recommend & monitor the dedicated A&P budget
  • Report to and influence Area Europe/Global Presidency
  • Recommend the 3-years local strategic plan

Nutella Academy Program

  • Contribute to establish Nutella Academy as a major citizen brand initiative in France
  • Recommend and execute the 360° marketing plan in consistency with the brand local strategy and in full integration into the brand ecosystem in France
  • Drive, coordinate and monitor the project, in partnership with an external agency, in accordance with the brand local strategic objectives and A&P budget and in coordination with various internal departments
  • Recommend and orchestrate the communication plan, in consistency with the brand activity grid and in collaboration with the local media department
  • Manage the relationship with the brand ambassadors who are involved into Nutella Academy program (i.e. Chefs, Influencers)
  • Manage the relationship with the training centers and the candidates who are involved into Nutella Academy program, with a strong focus on the brand contest operational management
  • Recommend & monitor the relevant KPIs
  • Recommend & monitor the dedicated A&P budget
  • Report to Area Europe/Global Presidency
  • Recommend the 3-years local strategic plan

Brand Extensions (innovations) launch plan in new categories/segments

  • Recommend and execute local launch plan of Nutella innovations launch plan in France, with the support of Consumer & Shopper Understanding as well as Trade Marketing departments
  • Grow market understanding & identify opportunities per channel / aisle, together with the support of Consumer & Shopper Understanding as well as Trade Marketing departments (Modern Channel and Food Service)
  • Monitor product performances, in collaboration with the Trade Marketing department
  • Recommend & monitor the relevant KPIs
  • Recommend & monitor the dedicated A&P budget
  • Monitor the P&L
  • Report to Area Europe/Global Presidency
  • Report locally to the CoMex (monthly business review)
     

Required skills :

  • Advertising development (from key messages to the building of the media plan, in collaboration with external agencies and the Media department)
  • Project management
  • Good knowledge of market research & panels
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A good level of English is essential ; Italian would be a plus

Who we are looking for :

You have a degree from a business school or equivalent with a specialization in marketing and a 7-10 years background n the food or FMCG industry, including at least 5 years in marketing.

A sensitivity to CSR/BSR stakes is a prerequisite ; an experience, a training or a certification in CSR/BSR would be a plus.
