About the Role:

YOU ARE the main stakeholder of all the TM activities and POSM.

YOU will define the POS where to implement the activities and will work closely with the sales in order to reach the highest level of execution in trade.

Main Responsibilities:

The TM Specialist Lower Trade focused on the Regional Distributors teams and the LT operative Plan will work on the Trade Marketing Projects and Initiatives with objective to improve Quality, Visibility and Distribution.

•Preparing detailed plan for the Golden Store implementation and new LT project development

•Preparing plans, according with the marketing strategies and consequently canvass for the LT implementations coordinating sales activities (promo activities), Media investment (digital/TV) in the document.

•Training and Upgrade the skills of Distributor Sales and merchandising team to Ferrero level.

•Analyze results and efficiency of the campaigns, share these results with sales and marketing, propose actions to increasing efficiency.

Who we are looking for:

• Academic degree 
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing operations,  
• Experience gained preferably in an FMCG environment 
• Experience in managing and coordinating the complete process flow of in-store activities 
• Fluency in English
