About the Role:
For our Luxembourg HQs, we are looking for a technician to take care of all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning.
The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs.
The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.
In this position, your role will be to ensure the proper functioning of the technical facilities as well as to maintain the quality level of the work environment.
You will also be responsible for the analysis and modification of the layout, the creation of plans on AutoCad, the supervision of maintenance contracts and the management of assets and inventories.
On top of that, you will be in charge of managing assets and inventories, supervising internal moves, following up on troubleshooting requests and collaborating with the technical teams.
This position also involves budget tracking and offers analysis.
Who we are looking for:
You have an educational background in Facility management and around 2 years of experience in a similar role.
You need excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Communication and problem solving skills will be essential to the successful completion of your tasks.
You must be reliable and patient.
On top of that, fluency in English and French is required.
Microsoft Office environment (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) is a tool that you will use daily. Moreover, the knowledge of AutoCad is mandatory.
Good analytical/critical thinking is as well more than welcome!
