About the Role:
Support the Ferrero Group Global HR digitalization journey with a focus on day to day activities and projects related to SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) & SuccessFactors talent, learning and compensation module implementations, system administration and user support.
Responsible for continuous monitoring of system behavior (Fiori, SAP HR etc.) and manage deviations, enhancements and updates as required
Daily monitoring of interfaces between SAP HR, other internal systems, and external vendor systems. Works with third party/vendors to research and resolve interface errors. (UKG, Kronos, Alchemy, ADP)
Develop opportunities to streamline and simplify HR transactional activities with process automation
Support the users in the completion of the HR processes in SAP and SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance, Salary Review)
Provide guidance and first line day to day technical support, to HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to ensure effective usage of HRIS applications and drive the change management on HRIS Tools to ensure full adoption
Maintain data accuracy and integrity in all HR systems by running audit reports, investigating errors, identifying re-occurring trends, and taking corrective action to ensure data integrity.
Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports and as requested by HR and Stakeholders
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities by recommending new metrics or data collection points
Participate in project team for implementation and/or enhancement of new/existing modules of SuccessFactors and other Group tools (recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance management, compensation, paperless business processes, interfaces and Core HR systems).
Support the design and delivery of training initiatives for HR systems to ensure all users receive appropriate training on HR tools
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Computer Science or related disciplines
3+ year experience working in an HR Systems environment
Experience with SuccessFactors modules:
Development & Succession
Salary Review & Bonus management
Knowledge of SAP HR specifically PA and OM modules
Advanced computer skills to access and manipulate data from various systems to produce analyses and reports including strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is a must
