About the Role:

Are you looking to further your career in FMCG in a Shopper Marketing role with lots of scope for personal and professional growth? If so we would like to hear from you. As a Shopper Marketing Executive your main focus will be to support all activities within your department.  You’ll support the Shopper Marketing Manager in implementing sales strategies and in providing the tools and means to implement the Ferrero Category strategies at the point of sale. 

Working cross-functional with the shopper marketing and commercial team, you will take responsibility for delivering shopper activation within a key customer or channel, alongside taking ownership of aligned brand or project responsibilities across the shopper team. Developing a full understanding of Ferrero brands’ strategy, positioning, performance and target, you will use creative and commercial acumen to implement exciting brand & portfolio activation plans to attract new shoppers, encourage existing consumers to buy Ferrero brands on new occasions, build category value and enhance brand equity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Being in charge of the complete flow of POS materials for all in-store activities
  • Providing briefing materials to the Sales team and dealing with F2F briefings for Key activities
  • Tracking the implementation of the guidelines of key in-store activities. Evaluating the activity and providing guidance and directions for future
  • Managing key in-store visibility projects: determining scope based on Central TM briefing, guiding implementation and evaluating success
  • Coordinating the listing process for new products
  • Analysing the performance collected by Sales teams for all trade
  • Adapting the Central activity calendar to local customer/channel needs

Who we are looking for:

You will have a commercial / marketing background within an FMCG and/or a relevant degree. Experience of shopper marketing process would be an advantage and we would expect suitable candidates to have experience in managing customer relationships.
