About the Role:
The Kinder story starts 1968 in the heart of the small town of Alba, Italy. Making chocolate is just one part of our story. Throughout our history we have always placed family, quality and innovation at the heart of what we do.
As children grew older, their tastes and interests changed. Kinder kept this in mind and cater to the new cool crowd by launching Kinder Bueno, a more sophisticated chocolate for young adults, with a unique combination of crispy wafer and creamy hazelnut filling in individually wrapped bars.
Join the team as a Senior Brand Manager supporting the Region Marketing Manager Kinder in the definition of positioning and detailed strategies for brand developing and implementing ideas, projects and other required actions, by monitoring and managing costs to keep them within budget boundaries.
As Senior Brand Manager, you will be a major contributor to the Kinder Bueno brand success, a high-growth brand for Ferrero.
In this role you will be responsible for the strategic development and planning of the Annual Brand Plan and contribute – working closely with the International teams - to the tree year plan, ensuring this delivers revenue and profit targets.
You will help lead the overall brand strategy across the 4P’s, providing appropriate leadership to the wider business, influencing, and working cross-functionally to deliver all growth initiatives.
PLAN IN ACTION
You will manage relationships with internal and external strategic business partners to plan and execute successful marketing initiatives (ie trade marketing, ecommerce team and the communication agency team).
Manage positive working relationship with Global Category teams concerning local adaptations of global brand strategies. Recommend and influence key factory contacts and liaise with international Marketing teams concerning key brand strategies to gain buy-in.
You will be proactive at planning and management of initiatives and projects for the Kinder Bueno brand within the operational day to day business as well as the planning and support of key strategic long-term projects with a medium to high complexity as a whole.
With support from an ABM, you will plan and lead the continuous monitoring of brand, market, and consumer performance on the Kinder Bueno brand as well as the set up and management of ad-hoc projects based on continuous panels (ACNielsen, TNS, Dunnhumby) and specific consumer research projects.

The Senior Brand Manager Kinder Bueno will have strong brand management experience in the FMCG industry with proven experience in developing strategies, aligning senior stakeholders, driving the brand agenda, project management, delivering successful communication programs and brand activations.
You would have a natural curiosity and consumer focus, with a keen eye for emerging trends. Proven experience of building effective relationships, leading, and managing change and collaboration across departments to achieve financial targets and joint goals.
