About the Role:

Nutella is one of the most iconic and loved brands in the Ferrero portfolio, and is synonymous with chocolate spreads around the world. With Nutella being a growth driver for the category as well as our portfolio, the Brand Manager role is an opportunity to plan, execute and assess Nutella marketing initiatives across the various markets of South-East Asia (SEA).
The role drives discussions regarding portfolio management, brand performance and P&L management. In addition, it includes interactions with regional leadership as well as various functions including Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Research and Supply Chain at both regional and local levels.

Main Responsibilities:

•    Follow brand positioning and local market dynamics to fine-tune growth platforms for the year
•    Lead annual / periodic planning discussions and presentations, interacting with regional and local teams
•    During planning discussions, propose Topline and A&P to support ambition
•    Set up cross-functional processes and metrics to track success of growth platforms

•    Effectively develop, manage and execute 360-degree brand campaigns across markets
•    Lead all related external agency conversations, from briefing to assessment
•    Coordinate with Sales and Trade Marketing to ensure campaigns are correctly planned, executed, assessed
•    Lead discussions with Media teams to ensure timely delivery, and that execution ties with brand strategy
•    Discuss best practices with other brands/markets, and continuously evolve activity grid

•    Lead execution of new product and new market initiatives
•    Coordinate inputs for new TV/Digital communication development and adaptation for local markets
•    Lead discussions with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful launches

•    Track and analyse Sell-in and Sell-out performance on a monthly basis (Internal reports, Nielsen)
•    Present brand performance and plans to Regional leadership, identifying growth prospects
•    Lead discussions with Research team to track brand health and scout for new opportunities
•    Monitor all commercial/supply chain metrics relevant to the brand, especially around major campaigns
•    Monitor brand P&L vs plan with the Finance team
•    Ensure billing (POs, invoices) is phased correctly and on-time

•    Lead POSM discussions with Trade Marketing, ensuring brand guidelines and channel priorities are respected
•    Manage new product / packaging processes with Supply Chain, flagging concerns where required
•    Approve or coordinate any required Artwork inputs when new packaging / visuals are introduced

Who we are looking for:

•    University graduate
•    Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience
•    Strong analytical ability and reasoning
•    Experience working in Marketing / Trade Marketing functions
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Comfort with ambiguity and taking responsibility in a pro-active manner
•    Familiarity with Nielsen and SAP
•    Fluency in English, other local languages a plus
•    Regional (SEA) experience preferred
