About the Role:

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Reward Processes and Methodologies Specialist to join our Reward Team.  

Main Responsibilities:


Leveraging our HR Information System tools, you will develop key Reward processes based on Group Reward programs (e.g. salary review, promotion, variable pay, grading, employment / expat proposals and merit budget, reward passport) and ensure a timely process lifecycle maintenance. 


You will guarantee the overall consistency of Reward programs application worldwide (e.g. STI application to consistent population, fulfillment of promotion criteria) and facilitate the local deployment of processes based on Group guidelines. 


You will ensure continuous process improvement based on collected feedback both from central and local stakeholders and guarantee efficiency and standardization of process implementation (both in terms of process steps, Group templates and IT tool adoption). 


In a «train the trainer» perspective, you will coach Reward Managers on compensation & benefits policies, processes and tools, ensuring timely and effective cascading of information. 

This also implies the timely communication of changes / updates to Group and local stakeholders.  


In this role you will develop and maintain a dashboard of Reward data to produce statistics at Group level and for Professional Families providing a service to HRBPs. 

Who we are looking for:


You have a master’s degree in Economics, Finance or IT and 5 years of experience in analytical roles, preferably in multinational companies with matrix organization. 

You are able to understand business processes, identify risks/opportunities, and develop/execute financial business cases. 

Goal orientation, problem-solving, analytical and project management skills are relevant for this role.  

Communication skills and teamwork are required to build an effective business relationship and to properly manage relevant stakeholders. 

IT skills 

You have knowledge in MS Office and in SAP.  


You are fluent in English. Any other language is an advantage.
