About the Role:

The Regional Reward & HR Admin Manager represents the Group in the GAC region in Reward programs and HR administration topics. The role manages the implementation of Ferrero reward strategy locally following the Group Guidelines as well as is responsible for the efficient execution of payroll and HR administration activities in Gulf & Arab Countries in compliance with legal requirements and Group policies.

Main Responsibilities:

The Regional Reward Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Reward Programs across the Gulf & Arab Countries. The manager is also responsible for the design, development and deployment of local Reward policies and ad hoc activities/projects in alignment with Group principles. As the local Rewards Manager, he/she monitors and analyses local market trends and evaluates external competitiveness in order to drive local rewards strategy. 

The responsibility includes the implementation of the benefits program, job evaluation, analytics, data and budget management, expatriate management, knowledge & project management. 

As the HR Admin Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the policies and benefit management, payroll and administration, SAP HR data management & outsourcing services management, and in supporting internal/external HR audits.

The Regional GAC Reward & HR Admin manager has people/team management responsibility, including but not limited to recruiting, managing, training and developing team members. 

Who we are looking for:

The Regional GAC Reward and Admin manager needs to have at least 10 years of relevant experience. Previous experience or knowledge of the Gulf market dynamics and local labor law is considered a plus.

The incumbent needs to demonstrate ability to think critically, analyze, listen, clarify, solve problems and work independently.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously critical to the success of this role.

Tech-savvy and experience with HR related tools (SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.).

University degree or equivalent (Business Administration or similar).
