About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a Region MEA PFM Specialist who will be part of the Documental Process Management department.

The PFM Specialist coordinates the activities with the Central teams and BUs to make sure that the packaging is ready on time for productions. Additionally, PFM takes care of packaging creation and SKU codes’ creation and configuration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet with marketing department of each MEA’s BU and discuss about the next year range of product, in order to have an updated activity grid of products that will be commercialized in each BU;
  • Discuss with Area PFM all the global changes impacting the products (i.e. new doses, restyling, new processes…) in order to gather all the information needed to create an effective timeline for the sellout of each product;
  • Create the SKUs codes and communicate them to all the relevant stakeholders in order to allow them proceeding with sales, shipment and production planning;
  • Briefing the creative agencies for AWs creation;
  • Check and follow up the AWs developed by the agencies in order fine-tune the compliancy with group guidelines and Countries legal needs;
  • Make daily/weekly analyses about the codes release timing and AWs processes in order to avoid delays in the production plan; 
  • PFM needs to align together with Documental planner function to notice them about the priorities to be followed or the activities at risk because of possible delays in the process;
  • Be the focal point for each department/function working on the projects destinated to MEA markets, with particular focus on the brands assigned to the PFM;
  • Working closely with marketing teams in order to fast react to any changes applied to the activity grid along the year.

The PFM specialist has a central position and is in contact with several departments:

  • Marketing team of each MEA BUs (Gulf, Israel, Turkey, Africa, IPA)
  • Area Marketing APAC MEA based in Luxembourg
  • Food Law
  • Documental planner
  • SC team of each BU
  • LDU (local documentation units based in the plants)
  • Creative/repro agencies
  • DPM Tec/UFM
  • DPU teams for new technical projects
  • Trade Marketing dept.

Who we are looking for:

Education & Background

  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing;
  • 0 - 3 years of experience in Marketing or Supply Chain in the FMCG industry, preferably food & beverage.


  • Project management;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PPT);
  • Experience in SAP is considered a plus;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
  • Any other language is considered a plus.


  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong capability in working with cross functional teams;
  • Capability to manage multiple initiatives and projects at the same time;
  • Ability to anticipate potential issues, set priorities and apply problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently in a challenging and dynamic environment.
