About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Head of Organisation and Integration, to support large and small organisation and departmental changes for the UK and Ireland region. Your role will be integral in successfully supporting senior leaders and managers across the organisation with future changes and strategy. You will support the implementation of new roles, new departments and divisions and work with stakeholders on how changes can successfully work, incorporating the needs to the business, and aligning this with budgets and existing jobs and talents within the business.
This role will have a great interface with Ferrero Group, ensuring changes are aligned with Group vision and guidelines. Candidates need to have the interpersonal skills to listen to Stakeholders and translate their vision into organisational reality, ensuring corporate governance is adhered to. Candidates should be able to create job profiles, the ensure they are correctly on systems, as well as manage and support the change process with various stakeholders.
Candidates should have similar experience in an FMCG, or have a consultancy background where they have worked with various large and supported organisational change. Therefore, experience in organisation and development change methodologies will be key.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director Managerially and the Group Head of Organisation and integration, this role will need experience of navigating a complex and dynamic matrix structure.
What makes this role exciting, and challenging is that Ferrero is expanding, and we have recently welcomed many brands to our portfolio. This means support and alignment of departments, and how they can be structured better for efficacies. This role will work very closely with HR departments, from Head of HR to Compensation and Benefits and also HR Systems. You will have experience in scoping, designing, and implementing organisational development Initiatives which support transformational change in a large complex multi-disciplinary environment.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have extensive practical experience in large scale organisational development projects. You should ideally hold a chartered CIPD qualification or equivalent, be experienced in programme management, managing external providers, applying commercial acumen and be digitally savvy. The successful applicant will have strong people management, interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication, and sound project management and organisational skills.
You should have demonstrable experience and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to internal customers. You will have strategic vision and the confidence and ability to engage with senior management. You will need to be self-motivated, but also able to work easily as part of a large diverse team.
