About the role:

We are currently looking for a talented candidate for a position as OPERATIONS ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST as part of Direzione Operations Sustainability Environment and Energy (DOSEE)

He/she will:

  • Supports Operations sites on legal compliance and Iso14001 certification
  • Monitors environmental emissions, scrap and waste reports related to production sites, warehouses and transports, in order to provide proper support to the operations lines in pursuing sustainability opportunities and reaching group goals
  • Provides inputs to the Corporate Sustainability Report regarding the Industrial and Supply scope

Main Responsabilities:


  • Environmental projects support to Production sites and Warehouses references
  • Environmental legal compliance support to Operations sites
  • ISO14001 support and development in collaboration with Production sites


  • Designs, develops & maintains the Environmental KPIs dashboard at Group level from an Industrial & Supply standpoint, leveraging the interaction with Production sites and Warehouses references
  • Manages KPIs results day-by-day activities in terms of tracking, update & communication
  • Ensures that KPIs are designed in a clear, structured & univocal way, with focus on the most relevant elements and key processes, continuously assessing KPIs consistency & alignment with business needs/ arising discontinuities
  • Guarantees KPIs availability, reliability & transparency, providing related quantitative info to support decision processes
  • Verifies KPIs dashboard correct functioning, activating & supervising potential maintenance activities needed
  • Identifies areas of improvement and propose actions to support Operations lines in pursuing sustainability opportunities and reaching group goals


  • Ensures proper collection of KPIs and data requested to complete the Corporate Sustainability Report, leveraging monitoring activity on Industrial and Supply
  • Provides background information related to drivers for key trends and improvement actions in place to ensure reaching Group goals

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate has

  • a technical background (Engineering preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational/global company
  • ISO14001 knowledge
  • ESG topics knowledge

IT Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of Sustainability data collection systems


  • Italian
  • English (mandatory)
