About the Role:

We are looking for a Head of Ecommerce FMCG to join our team and work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver on the next phase of the Ferrero on-line strategy. The role will involve driving sales performance, innovation and process change whilst leading a commercially driven team to meet targets and KPIs. This is an exciting role, where you will be required to use analytics and insights to create and drive our B2B2C operation and strategy, to the next stage.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Ecommerce FMCG strategy to the next level
  • Work effectively cross functionally especially with Sales, Supply Chain and Marketing
  • Define and track key KPIs.
  • Champion the online category strategy development and execution
  • Management of the of Ecommerce FMCG budget
  • Enhance, propose and lead Ecommerce projects
  • Closely align strategies with Marketing and Sales to avoid channel conflicts
  • Successfully manage and coach direct and indirect reports

Who we are looking for:

You should ideally come from an FMCG environment or have a strong understanding of how an FMCG business works. If you have worked in a matrix organisation structure even better as this role will report professionally to the Ecommerce and Digital Acceleration Director and managerially to the Sales Director. You will be able to work effectively cross functionally with key departments such as Sales,  Supply Chain and Marketing , be engaged in projects and be flexible to change in this very fast paced e environment.

Candidates should have experience of leading a team and developing talent to both maximise team performance and individual contribution.  Candidates should have passion for analytics and data, be comfortable in delivering financial results, managing budgets and communicating performance
