About the Role:

We are looking for a Group Media Intelligence Manager to support the Group Precision Marketing Head in strategic decisions for the business.
In this role, you will have Global responsibilities and you will be based in our Group Headuqarters in Luxembourg

You will be part of the Group Media Precision Marketing team, that is the point of reference for all Marketing technology stack including ad-serving, website and social analytics, web listening/sentiment monitoring, dashboarding and data analysis to support our global brands. 

As Group Media Intelligence Manager, you will use media, marketing, sales and research data to build dashboards and reports that will be shared with different stakeholders (from brand managers to global category presidents), manage agencies that will implement new marketing technology and automate data integration, run Media and Marketing analysis to senior stakeholders to identify insights that can be translated into actionable business recommendations to grow our brands.

Main Responsibilities:

In this position, you will assist the Marketing and Media managers at global and area level with dashboards, reports and analysis to drive media investment efficiency, marketing and brand insights, prepare reports to support business reviews among other things.

You will explore the latest trends in Data and AI applied for Marketing, planning relevant integration points and platform roadmap according to business needs whilst supporting the Group Media Guidelines and other functions with recommendations on media investment trends and developing the Group’s capabilities by creating strong collaborations with different internal stakeholders.
On top of that, you will need to lead a team of two data analysts and external agencies to deliver the project roadmap defined in alignment with the business objectives and engage the team in activities around PowerBi dashboards development, data integration and cleansing and preparation of media analysis.
You will also work together with Marketing, IT, Business Intelligence and Consumer and Shopper Understanding departments as well as with other Media Managers at area and country level to understand the data availability and reporting needs. 

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your solid experience (5 to 10 years) in middle to senior positions in Marketing, Media and Digital with strong focus on data and digital including platform, technology and processes management and a passion for data
You will interact with senior stakeholders thanks to your strong collaboration attitude and presentation skills

You will perform your job in English, but speaking other languages can be a differential.
Hint: If you have experience in FMCG or Media/Communications agency it would be a huge plus!
