About the Role:

If you love our brands and products and understand the mission of bringing joy and indulgence to our consumers, this is the role for you! As a Brand Manager for Nutella, you will significantly contribute to growing market share and competitively positioning our brands through the implementation of compelling marketing plans. You will challenge the status quo and drive effective innovation that will build consumer engagement and drive growth. This role is highly collaborative with other functions at a local and regional level. 

Main Responsibilities:

As the Brand Manager, you will contribute to the strategic visionary plans for the Nutella brand, embracing the global five-year planning process. In collaboration with the Regional Marketing Team based in Singapore, you will develop and implement annual consumer communication plans and manage the relationships with agencies to ensure delivery is on time and on budget. You will write compelling media briefs and have input into the strategic brand communication. 

There will be opportunities to plan and coordinate the development and introduction of new products, investigating market opportunities to identify gaps in the portfolio using appropriate market research and presenting recommendations to management. You will conduct consumer research to gain a better understanding of sales trends and consumer needs and leverage findings to build consumer engagement and drive penetration and sales growth. 

You will develop and implement promotional consumer programs as necessary. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing the budget for the portfolio for advertising, promotion, and other activities. 

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an energetic, innovative, solution focused Brand Manager with knowledge of the FMCG industry to join our team, as well as;

  • At least 4-7 years of experience in Brand Marketing
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen coupled with exceptional communication skills
  • Solid understanding of consumer insights and market analysis
  • Ability to build collaborative internal and external relationships
  • Ability to plan multiple priorities and manage differing customer needs
  • Independent and autonomous self-starter
  • Goal-driven, with a desire to deliver extraordinary results every time
