- Be responsible for annual plan/Budget of Workplace Management according to the business needs. Ensure the accuracy of Budget and full compliance of the daily expense.
- Drive continuous process improvement of Workplace Management procedure to help recognize and enhance each department’s business in compliance with the regulation
- Establish and provide effective workplace support such as canteen, shuttle bus, unit form, cleaning, office supplies and expat immigration.
- Manage outsourcing service vendors to ensure that service quality and service standards meet the requirement of internal/external audit and food industry mandatory requirement.
- Support the organization of Family day, annual dinner and celebration activities.
- Promote continuous improvement in administrative work to improve employee experience; create the best working environment to strengthen the Ferrero culture of people centricity.
- At least 5 years’ experience in admin function or have rich experience on related function
- Demonstrated ability to manage outsourcing vendor
- Fluent English both verbal and writing
- Detail oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Drive for change with global mindset
