About the Role:
The role is aimed to work with business and co-packing operational partners on long term operation strategies, as well as short term budgets/forecasts for copacking production costs and profit/loss, translating the full impact of these planning results to business and anticipating adjustments within a quickly evolving market environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic plan and budget process of industrial entities and collaborating with business and co-packing operational partners to set clear long term operation strategies
- Work on a short term budgets/forecasts for co-packing production costs and P&L
- Manage financial risks and opportunities to facilitate Region Controller and CFO to manage overall value chain P&L results
- Support the 3rd party operations Region Manager to identify cost improvement areas to achieve the year on year target improvement
- Calculate savings and payback of the improvement actions and support on the Business Case preparation for approval request to Investment Committee
- Lead the team to complete the full budget process, including setting TP, standard costs, overheads
- Provide financial leadership in co-packing activities and leading financial analysis for different projects and scenarios to support co-packing units efficiency and provide suggestions to optimize the business results
- Play a key role in the annual co-packing quotation process
- Guide the Industrial finance team to ensure smooth finance processes with co-packers, including timely payments and information exchange with co-packers
- Act as a bridge between the business unit, Plant and co-packing operations in setting competent and sustainable co-packing production costs, especially in setting new SKU studies
- Support 3rd party operations Region Manager in strategic initiatives feasibility and industrialization phase, i.e. co-manufacturing
- Assist the 3rd party operations Region Manager in drawing the evolution of 3PO processes/flows in the Region
- Perform benchmarking analysis across the Region and between different Regions, manage related adhoc requests
- Lead and motivate the co-packing team, by setting clear team vision and keeping the team stability, shaping it for the long term business needs
Who we are looking for:
The successful candidate should have:
- Relevant academic background
- Over 7 years of related professional experience
- Solid knowledge of performance monitoring and planning, budgeting, profit analysis
- Knowledge of FMCG business process, manufacturing background as a plus
- Fluency in English, spoken and written
