About the role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager to be part of the team that will make Ferrero brands even more extraordinary. If you like to work with great ideas to bring the joy to our consumers, this role can be interesting for you! As a Brand Manager of Kinder Chocolate, you will be working together with a team to grow our market share, develop strategies for the Brand and strengthening the competitive position of the Brand.
In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordination and definition of: sales objectives, marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, profit analysis, market potential, competition, promotion & advertising, seeking to ensure profits and market positioning.
Responsible for the financial management of the brand to maximize and focus financial resources on portfolio activation opportunities.
You will monitor and analyze the market trends of the product group, coordinating with the market research team and proposing our products.
We will count on you to ensure that all Marketing activities are consistent with the vision and attributes of the brands.
In this role, you will also monitor the definition, coordination, implementation and control of the execution of action plans to achieve the brand's objectives in terms of sales, P&L and market share.
Manage situations that may arise within the product portfolio to ensure that each product is focused on a clear consumer niche and that innovations and extensions add value.
You will be considered as a team leader, to establish and promote effective relationships both within the company and with commercial teams, as well as with suppliers.
Who are we looking for?
Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting or similar.
At least 5 years’ experience in similar roles.
Experience gained in FMCG company.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Knowledge of customer research, evaluation of strategies in advertising campaigns, forecasting and definition of effectiveness metrics.
Experience in the development and execution of brand positioning strategies.
Proactive, accountable, results oriented and with strong strategic skills.
