About the Role:
For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Out Of Home & Alternative Channels Development Manager for the North American Market, to develop our OOH & Alternative business and capabilities. As a key player in the Global team, you will be in contact with your assigned business units on an international scale and will be a strategic partner for a fast growing markets in North America.
Hand in hand with the Sales Managers in the local markets in North America, you will be assessing the channel potential in each of the Countries as well as defining the channels development plan and route to market.
All initiatives in terms of Channel and Category Development will be implemented by you.
Moreover, you will be in charge of the development of specific channel capabilities and of Food Service & Retail Product Ranges together with the local teams.
Having the overview of the entire Area North America, you will be the center of knowledge gathering market needs and best practices, developing policies and procedures for all your assigned markets.
You will overall be driving the future direction of your assigned markets along with the wider Sales business Development team.
Who we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience;
- Experience in FMCG in out of home/food service/alternative channel development;
- Experience in/working with North America (e.g. US or Canada) is must;
- B2B experience is a strong plus;
- Ability to interact with different cultures and different level stakeholders.
- MS Office (proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel).
- Fluent English;
- Any other language is a plus.
