About the Role:
Ferrero Luxembourg headquarters is looking for a Junior Brand Manager Kinder Joy for a fixed-term contract to support the Global Brand Manager Kinder Joy in developing and implementing the Global Strategy of this iconic product.
This role will allow you to exercise your creativity. Concretely, you will lead the packaging design from briefs to agencies for design updates, to templates for Licensed products. Moreover, you will collaborate with the digital team on the Applaydu app in delivering guidelines, digital characters and assets development, among other tasks.
Together with team members, you will conduct global market research through periodic tracking of key performance indicators for strategic Business Units and turn them into actionable insights. Your analytical skills will also be key in performing consumer research, from supporting on briefs and preparing research materials to identifying and proposing opportunities.
In this position you will work in an international scope. You will support the Areas and Business Units in the implementation of the Global Brand Strategy in collaboration with the Operations team and the Toy Department to ensure smooth cascading of the Global Activity Grid and the respective toy assortment to countries. Additionally, you will facilitate and influence the sharing of assets worldwide.
Lastly, you will make use of your Project Management skills across transversal projects (within the Kinder category or with other categories of the group) and in the governance of end-to-end brand operations on toy assortments from code generation, volume analysis, to supporting the leftover management. You will also oversee the Purchase order process while monitoring the costs vs budget and, if necessary, implement corrective actions.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring knowledge from a degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent, combined with 1-4 years of experience in operational and strategic marketing activities in multinational, FMCG companies.
You will apply a global and cultural sensitivity gained from international exposure. Your analytical skills will prove invaluable in handling data and financial figures. You will interact with different stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle thanks to your strong communication and influencing skills.
