About the Role:

We are currently looking for an IT Purchasing Competence Centre Expert who will report to the be part of the IT Purchasing and Hazelnut Company Team and he/she will report to the Centre of Expertise Manager.

Principali responsabilità:

Main Tasks:

  • Management of IT purchasing competence centre, planning and assigning activities in collaboration with the Centre of Expertise Manager
  • Working closely with IT Business Partner to understand the impact of demands and changes (e.g. from the business strategy) on the applications and their cost (feasibility studies and business cases)
  • Coordination of the external resources involved in the support of IT projects
  • Leading new improvements request in collaboration with internal and external resources
  • Performing the application design (including enhancements), in relationship with IT Business Partner and the enterprise architecture team.
  • Collaborating with ITS to set-up required infrastructures (server, storage, security, operation tools, service management tools, communication)
  • Develop and maintain the recommended procedures, work methods and standards for regular operations such as live back-up, security, updating, program release and control, and for how modifications to systems and databases are made
  • Recommend solutions and develop specific patches to solve problems

Who we are looking for:

  • A graduate in IT, Engineering or Business Management
  • A professional with experience in a consultancy company or a well-structured company which delivers management services and projects implementation
  • Experienced in SAP Ariba
  • Knowledgeable about SAP ECC PUR module required (S/4 will be considered an important plus) and SAP Release strategy
  • Knowledgeable about ITIL processes, Service Management, Help Desk services, Client HW and SW lifecycle management
  • A professional able to communicate with different stakeholders and with a problem-solving attitude
  • Experienced in international companies with central HQ / Service company
  • Proficiency in English. Other languages will be considered as a plus (Italian, German, Spanish, etc.)
  • A person available for international mobility
