About the Role:

You will be a change agent endorsing our Human Resources Transformation Program helping us to foster a culture of learning, development, and inclusion.
As HRBP you will support the Line Managers to facilitate the people life-cycle management (providing HR recommendations to support their team development); oversee the HR key processes (Attraction and Recruiting, Salary Review, Training & Development Management, Performance Management, and Budgeting) as a direct reference for our Corporate functions.
You will support the deployment of our company strategies and organizational evolution, promoting continuous improvement and digitalization of our People Processes.
Who we are looking for:
You studied Human Resource/Economics/Phycology or Social Sciences and have around 3 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in multinational companies or consultancies.
You love to work in the Human Resources department, have a problem-solving attitude, and interacting effectively with different organizational levels (from operative profiles to top management) is one of your strengths.
You care for people, you are a team player, and you are motivated to be the first contact point for managers and employees.
If you are passionate about food and innovation, this might be a good match for you.
Knowledge of MS Office and Office 365 Suite (we can help you to improve your skills)
SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus (we can help you to learn fast how to use it)
