About the role:

We are currently looking for a talented candidate for a position as a HR Business Partner to cover a maternity leave.
 

Main responsibilities:

• You will support the Line to facilitate people life cycle management
• You will be involved in full life cycle recruitment
• You will be asked to perform HR related administrative tasks;
• You will have a strong interaction with all the HR department;
• You will prepare HR reports/dashboard;
   

Who we are looking for:

• Successfully completed Business/Economic/Humanistic studies;
• 2-4 years HR experience;
• Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters;
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality;
• Teamwork
• FMCG experience is a plus

IT Skills

• MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)

• SAP HR is a plus

Languages

• Fluent in English
• Any other European language is a plus
