About the Role:

We are currently looking for a Commercial Planning and My Perfect Store Controller. This role wears two hats, one is to manage and oversee all the commercial activities in the full year and create a dashboard of events and activities, to ensure the Sales teams are aligned and deadlines are met. e.g. preparation of customers plans, check in offers to customers, in-store implementation tracking, POS development). The aim of the role is to provide support to the business in order to achieve the yearly objectives (both volumes and product freshness) minimizing risk of out of stock and products returns. The role has to ensure an independent review of the sales forecast prepared by Sales, also.

The other aspect of this role is to create a My Perfect Store, score card, that makes the Ferrero Brands visible, attractive and compelling to the customer. It will be looking at the promotions and how they can best be positioned. As such this role, will involve being analytical and creative simultaniously.

To be successful in this role, you would have worked in a similar role or roles in an FMCG and enjoy the coordination, project management and data analytics of this role, mixed with the opportunity to be creative, influencing and have leverage to work with Stakeholders across the whole department at all levels.

Main Responsibilities:

• Interacting with business and Trade at the Point of Sales and contributing to the Category development strategy and actions
• Collaborating with the Category Manager on influencing promotional and merchandising activities at the point of sale
• Providing the placement guidelines for shelf, checkouts and second placement
• Being a part of the process of monitoring and analysing the Category, competition and consumer market data in order to identify business opportunities and develop and drive the new Category development plans
• Adapting the Central activity calendar to local customer/channel needs

Who we are looking for:

• Min.  Bachelor’s degree in a business/marketing discipline preferred; 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Category Management   
• Experience gained preferably in FMCG environment 
• Category management, experience working with retailers required 
• Fluency in English
