About the Role:

We are looking for a Duzce or İzmit based West Black Sea Region HR Business Partner who will be directly reporting to HR Director. The responsibilities and qualifications are mentioned below:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Is the facilitator for all HR processes / services for local industrial department (in coordination with Region HR)
  • Supports the implementation of Group guidelines in the Plant
  • Ensures proper implementation of recruitment, management and development process for local resources
  • Supports the Specialist Functions in charge of the definition of development plans and define individual development plans for resources in the Plant
  • Supports Plant management in the ordinary organizational development activities: fine- tuning on existing structures, sizing / right sizing analysis, workload analysis and job assessment
  • Contributes to the supervision and coordination of education, training and development program
  • Oversees proper implementation of reward (compensation & benefit) policies and contribute in their definition
  • Oversees recruitment / hiring activities and internal / international mobility, in order to support line Management in identifying candidates fitting with Ferrero values and business needs
  • Collaborates with local H&S manager to support and advise site management and his/ her delegates on all matters related to health and safety at the Plant
  • Monitors and manages HR and OVHs costs for Plant resources, in line with Group budget for the related local commercial or Function department
  • Guarantees timely and appropriate fulfilments of HR administration and labor regulations requirements

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably 10 years in a similar role
  • Advanced level in English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications 
  • Excellent knowledge of Employment Law
  • Able to work as consensus driven
  • Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills
  • Able to act proactively and work in teams
  • Organized and very keen on details
