About the Role:
Are you a passionate and enthusiastic HR professional who strive for excellence? This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team! We are seeking a Talent specialist with a can-do attitude who embrace change and will support the sourcing and development of staff across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
TALENT ACQUISITION
- Support the creation of job descriptions and manage the job requisitions on the system
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Ensure systems are up to date
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in the organization of job fairs and recruitment event
- Collaborate with the team to gain relevant job market insights
- Participate in employer branding and talent acquisition projects
TALENT DEVELOPMENT
- Support with the learning agenda and training planning/organization
- Ensure regular upload of learning hours into the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Produce regular reports associated with KPIs such as budget, ROI, learning hours, activity and use of the LMS, actioning adjustments where required to ensure data accuracy
- Support with finding new solutions and ideas for developing talent
- Liaise with suppliers to process invoices and manage the payment via SAP
- Support in Talent Development Projects
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for passionate candidates who are curious and eager to learn
- 3-5 years of experience either as talent acuiqistion or talent development specialist gained in multinational organizations
- Experience in managing learning systems and vendor management in SAP
- Excel and Powerpoint proficiency
- Curiosity and Attention to details
- Proactive attitude and teamwork skills are required
