About the Role:
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Buyer Region Multi-Countries reporting to the Area Supply Chain Procurement Europe and locally to the Region Procurement MCE.
By covering this position, you will actively contribute to the execution of the category strategy on local market.
You will also perform market and spend analysis, and provide the management with updated specific analysis to continuously improve the procurement performance.
You will manage procurement activities ensuring product availability with agreed quality and service levels while optimizing value for Ferrero. Moreover, you will be led to apply the internal methodologies, procedures, and tools.
Analyzing the relative market, identifying suppliers that are potentially suitable to Ferrero Group requirements in terms of quality and innovation will be as well under your responsibility.
On top of that, you will help in conducting negotiation with suppliers of the category of responsibility, in alignment with internal procedures and Ferrero Code of Business Conduct & Supplier Code.
You will contribute to define contracts that minimize TCO and meet qualitative, quantitative, deadlines and service level standards and contribute to the risk profile evaluation for the category of responsibility.
Finally, your mission will be to maintain, consolidate, and improve relationships with existing suppliers, to ensure continuity, manage criticalities and strengthen common objectives.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your university background in Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or similar.
You are a professional with around 2-3 years of experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain.
You are demonstrating knowledge in supplier selection and qualification, tender/bid management, strategic sourcing, suppliers' portfolio management, budgeting, contract management, suppliers' performance
evaluation and supplier risk management.
On top of this, you will bring your fluency in English.
