About the Role:
For our Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters we are looking for a Route to Market & Distributor Management Specialist.
You will be defining the Route to Market (RTM) framework approach and co-lead the implementation of the most efficient and effective Route to Market and Distribution Management in each Region / Channel.
Route to Market framework, analytics and guidelines
You will define RTM framework and analytics and identify RTM development opportunities by Area and the priorities by market.
Additionally, you will define and share the RTM development guidelines and with Area SBD on the implementation timeline.
Areas’ Route to Market transformational projects
You will support the Area Revenue & Trade Management in the Route to Market transformational projects and be the RTM Sales matter expert for the Group
You will drive the contents development of the Group Distributor Management blueprint and the yearly distributors evaluation. Moreover, you will provide recommendation on RTM improvement opportunities leveraging the yearly distributors evaluation
Who we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Relevant academic background (Bachelors, Masters, MBA or related)
- Previous experience in a Business Unit commercial excellence team, Sales, trade marketing or strategic consulting (for FMCG)
- Analytical skills
- Strategic mindset
- Presentation skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.
- English proficiency is a must;
- Any additional language is a plus.
