About the Role:
Providing effective HR solutions and approach to the regional business unit in a “Ferrero Way”, supporting and stimulating the business growth; Facilitating standard HR process and ensure smooth implementation in regional level.
Main Responsibilities:
Business HR partner for Responsible Teams
•Partner with business leadership in order to strategize resourcing and deployment of skills so as to align return on people investments with business objectives
•Be a team member of HR professionals so as to offer high end consulting and analytical, reliable support to businesses that will position the HR function as a credible, insightful and admired business partner
HC Planning and Overheads Management
•Assistant Sr. Regional Business HR Manager to review and propose the relevant actions for Regional HC planning following Route to Market Model
•Assistant Sr. Regional Business HR Manager to control, manage, and monitor overheads for assigned scope within the budget/SAF1/SAF2, and also in line with the guideline from C&B
Staffing
•Deploy certain level recruitment plan and make recruitment activities implementation aligned with Budget/SAF plan under national guideline
•Closely cooperate with RPO vendor to deliver the recruitment result in hiring peak season
Organization Development & Improvement
•Closely work with Sr. Regional Business HR Manager to implement the assigned projects and processes optimization related with organization development
•Under Sr. Regional Business HR Manager’s supervisor to lead and deploy the relevant regional level/area level organization development projects and processes into the responsible teams, ensure all the communication smoothly and proper actions taken
Talent & Training Management
•Assistant Sr. Regional Business HR Manager to drive the performance management process in line with the company guideline
•Manage the talent review process in defined scope, including talent identify (esp. for succession planning), potential evaluation, development plan development, follow up and progress monitoring.
C&B
•Communicate & implement Sales Incentive Scheme following the guideline and make sure governance
•Assistant Sr. Regional Business HR Manager to deploy annual & mid-year merit increase & promotion process for assigned scope
Policies and Procedures
•Implement and review local policies and procedures in line with corporate guidelines.
•Ensure employee compliance of local policies and procedures
HR System Management
•Maintain the data in all the relevant HR systems and utilize the relevant resources to improve working efficiency.
Internal Communication
•Deploy internal communication strategy & support the relevant projects in assigned scope
