About the Role:

We are looking for a PM Module Scheduler who will be reporting to Maintenance Manager and working in our Izmit Plant. In this role, you will mainly be responsible for managing daily maintenance operations. Also you will play and important role in establishing a new plant.

Main Responsibilities:

⦁    Make the assignments of the job requests made via SAP, organizing the spare parts to be used together with the warehouse responsible           
⦁    Keep the location information and equipment tree in the SAP PM module and maintenance management system database up to date in order to control and record the data of the rotating equipment
⦁    Determine spare part needs, generating purchase request via SAP and tracking critical spare parts stock                     
⦁    Organize the necessary maintenance plan, human resources, outsourced contractors and necessary spare parts to keep lines, machines and equipment in good/ready condition, to coordinate the team with other departments
⦁    Complete the process within the targets by following the preventive, predictive and periodic maintenance activities in order to comply with KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE, etc.).   
⦁    Keep the equipment database, technical information and equipment data up to date    
⦁    Support the technical team for the solution of the breakdown
⦁    Analyze the unplanned breakdown to determine the root cause                    
⦁    Prepare the Daily Check lists and ensure the correct functioning                    
⦁    Follow the periodic maintenance, control and cleaning of the hand tools and equipment used by maintenance team in accordance with the maintenance plans and programs, ensuring the equipment is ready for effective use; and report the cases to the first supervisor when needed

Who we are looking for:

⦁    Bachelor’s Degree
⦁    Preferably experienced in related area
⦁    Having the knowledge of 5S, Kobetsu Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing processes
⦁    Having excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, reporting and people management skills
⦁    Ability to use AutoCad, SAP, MS Office
⦁    Fluency in English
⦁    Residency in Izmit
