About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Account & Marketing Manager to join our Foodservice team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive sustainable growth and develop strong customer relationships within the Foodservice channel. - Distribution: Ensure the right product range is available for each customer, optimizing distribution strategies.
- Availability: Manage the supply chain to ensure consistent product availability, minimizing out-of-stock situations.
- Display: Ensuring Ferrero brands are clearly communicated across each customer’s marketing channels.
- Impact: Applying innovative solutions to enhance visibility of the Ferrero brands.
As the Junior Account & Marketing Manager, you will aim to achieve agreed targets for sales revenue and market share by maximising trade investments and planning and executing joint business plans with customers through campaigns, promotional strategy, launching new products, executing activations, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Being the first point of call for your Foodservice customers, you will need to solve any issues that arise and ensure that relationships are strong, and Ferrero is viewed as a trusted partner. This will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an innovative and solution focused mindset.
You will drive internal negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes between Ferrero and our customers, as well as assist with preparation in external negotiations for trading terms, investments, and discounts. You will need strong attention to detail and intermediate Excel skills

A few years’ experience in account management or marketing in FMCG is preferable, however, we are open to graduates who have a proactive, results orientated approach who are eager to learn and develop.
