About the Role:

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for an IT Controller who will become part of the Group IT Controlling Department, reporting to the Group IT Controller. 

In this position, you will carry on Controlling and Accounting activities for the Ferrero Technical Services entity, having a broad visibility on IT and Technology investments at Group level. 
You will be in constant contact with different levels of stakeholders and have a high exposure to the IT Leadership Team.

Main Responsibilities:

Covering this role, you will supervise the results of the IT Function with a focus on OpEx and, in collaboration with the IT CapEx Controller, you will evaluate new initiatives and investments for the IT function. 
Moreover, you will plan and report, assuring the correctness of the Accounting closure and the correct and timely execution of the intercompany/affiliates invoicing. 
You will publish regular reports on status of the Business and on specific projects, accordingly to the defined IT Controlling model, working with PMO and Line Managers to facilitate the projects implementation and to monitor the alignment with financial targets. 
In terms of stakeholders relationships, you will establish a business partnerships with the IT Leadership Team and the CIO direct reports, together with the Finance community, to ensure that IT is properly managed within the specific guidelines. 

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your academic background in Economics or related topics, together with your 3-5 years of experience in Administration and/or Controlling, spent in big corporations and structured environments. 
Your knowledge of planning, reporting, data extraction, together with accounting will be an asset for us. Your mastering different tools such as Excel, SAP, HFM, Oracle, etc., will definitely help. 
On top of this, the key of your success will be your communication skills and capability to interact at different levels of the organization, combined with your curiosity, flexibility and commitment to learn.
