About the Role:
For our Ferrero Luxembourg HQs, we are looking for an intern who will join our Diversity & Inclusion team inside the HR&OI department.
Main Responsibilities:
You will support the creation of content, training materials, and presentations for the DE&I events and internal/external communication channels.
You will help in researching best practices to recommend new approaches, training, and procedures to effect continuous improvement of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Moreover, one of your missions will be to track and analyze DE&I metrics, efforts, and accomplishments via reports and presentation materials.
On top of this, you will contribute to the further development of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Roadmap for a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
Finally, you role will be to collaborate within central HR department and Ambassadors in Ferrero’s regions.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your understanding of basis data analysis and your interest of DEI challenges and practice.
Your communication skills and your motivation to work in an international environment will be essential in your daily activity.
On top of that, the key of your success will be your knowledge of MS Office Suite and your fluency in English.
