About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Specialist to oversee all building related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool. The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.
In this position, you will plan and coordinate all installations (heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments. You will manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety and well-being standards. Moreover, you will inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations and review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs. Supervise all staff facilities staff (technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors will be as well under your responsibility. On top of that, you will control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc. and allocate office space according to needs. Handling service contracts, keeping financial and non-financial records and performing analysis and forecasting will be as well managed by you.
Who we are looking for:
- 3+ years experience of Facility Management
- Project management skills and customer orientation
- Dynamic, curious and proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve many relations, projects and complexity of topics managed
- Knowledge of MS Office and Auto Cad
- Professional English
