About the Role:

We are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist & Recruiter in our Luxembourg Global Headquarters, to enhance our visibility and attractivity as employer.  

The position reports to the Recruitment Center manager and is part of a department that was created a few months ago to centralize all employer branding, recruitment and onboarding activities for Ferrero Luxembourg Global Headquarters.

Main Responsibilities:

Based in our Luxembourg HQ, you will communicate our employer brand. Being a new role in a new team, it will allow to build initiatives and projects – included in our local employer branding roadmap – and is particularly suitable for self-starters. 

Among the initiatives, we would like to develop partnerships in many geographics areas, as with Universities and Job fairs. 

We will also build and manage our social media content calendar in alignment with internal communication and corporate communication departments and contribute to the longer-term editorial plan. You will be working with agencies and internal stakeholders to generate and organize different content that we can use to engage our audience. 

You will use social media, digital marketing techniques and general creative skills to help us develop, organize and publish content across all of our touchpoints. Creativity, proactivity and communication will be required to enhance our visibility in alignment with the Group strategy. 

You will also attract the best possible talent to our organization by support selection processes for our Headquarters functions. 

In this respect, you will independently manage the full recruitment process, from the opening of the selection, applications’ screening, leading interviews, completing assessment of each candidate and providing feedback. In any recruitment journey, partnering with and ensuring excellent experience for all stakeholders (i.e., Candidate, Line Manager, HRBP) will be a key driver. 

Finally, the role will be also responsible to analyze, build and communicate our Employer Branding, Recruitment results and KPIs internally using precision and communication. You will develop and tell the story in our data to our leaders and decision makers allowing them to plan and deploy recruitment strategies more effectively. It is important that you have strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers.

Who we are looking for:

What you will bring: 

  • Degree in Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology or Communication;
  • 2-4 years of experience as HR Business Partner or Recruiter or as Employer branding/talent acquisition specialist;
  • Understand basic marketing principles, channels and tools for candidate attraction;
  • Drive for results, problem solving and self-starter approach;
  • Attention to quality, data and systems literacy, eager to adopt new technologies;
  • Curiosity about market trends, good analytical skills and a data driven approach to storytelling and decision making;
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and team player attitude;
  • Process and stakeholder’s management;
  • Strategic global mindset and networking attitude;  
  • Brand ambassador;  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

IT Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Power Point;
  • Proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot table, v-look up);
  • Knowledge of SAP HR and Successfactors is a plus.

 
Languages: 

  • Fluent English.
