Customer Service Analyst (6 month FTC)

About the Role:
Working as part of our customer supply team you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of the supply of our fantastic products to our FMCG customers - liaising with internal and external stakeholders to fulfil their orders – ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time.
This is a role to cover for a period of maternity leave therefore is on a 9 month fixed term contract basis
You will be working closely with various teams across the supply chain such as demand and supply planning as well as with sales colleagues and the 3PL to maximise service levels for a portfolio of customers - so your ability to build, develop and maintain strong working relationships will be critical to your success.
Working to tight deadlines within a fast paced environment your fantastic organisational skills as well as your ability to plan and prioritise your workload effectively will be key in ensuring you manage customer orders effectively to meet customer service level targets. And if there are challenges along the way you will need to take a solution focused approach !
Who we are looking for:
Ideally you will have experience in a B2B customer service role - ideally within an FMCG environment. You will be comfortable using various systems including Microsoft office products and will be confident using new systems including SAP. Your administration skills will be strong, as will your ability to work with and analyse data. You will relish working in a deadline driven role.
