About the Role:
For our Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Controlling Specialist to join our team at our headquarters. The successful candidate will provide financial analysis and support the management team and drive continuous improvement in our financial processes.
Main Responsibilities:
By covering this position, you will support the overheads controlling team being the central hub for the headquarters, collaborating with all the controlling function that manages the Group’s central costs.
Furthermore, you will be involved in the preparation of the yearly budget and medium-term planning, as well as in the development of periodic forecasts in line with the company’s guidelines and goals.
You will provide analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information to evaluate costing analysis against budget, forecast and previous years.
You will play an active role being part of the controlling team, being highly focused on analysis related to costs and advising on potential risks and opportunities. More specifically, you will work on cost centers variances’ analysis and allocation and reports’ development.
Last but not least, you will manage the SAP Controlling Module, handle the correct representation of the figures in the HFM consolidation system, be the owner of the headquarters financial planning system and have a key role in the implementation of controlling related projects.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring your university background in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance and preferably 3-5 years of work experience in similar roles ideally, acquired in the FMCG industry within a multinational company.
Your knowledge and strong interests in financial analysis preparation, accounting, planning, taxes, and preferably in administration will be a strong asset.
You have a great eye for details and work in an organized way while you enjoy interacting and practicing your negotiation skills while working with others.
You are fluent in English and proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and have a relevant experience working with SAP will be beneficial in meeting your role’s objectives.
