About the Role:
For the Africa Levante Cluster team of Central-, East-, Westafrica and French Islands, we are currently looking for a French & Emerging Islands Sales Specialist based in Luxembourg.
In your role in a multicultural team you will be working mainly on the following tasks:
You will be creating the Sales & Channel Excellence execution roadmap in the French & Emerging islands.
With Distributors / Partners, around the globe(Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans), you will be communicating and coordinating sales operations on the field.
You will be working with the Ferrero internal team regarding sales administration (Trade spend Budget tracking) and on demand providing support to monitor and identify future business opportunities.
Moreover, you will be initiating and following up with trade internal and external projects.
For the sales performance reviews, you will be working with the Business Manager in creating reports and presentations.
Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining accurate records and KPIs (Stock & Sales / Forecast accuracy).
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business is required or an equivalent combination of training and work experience;
- 3-6 years’ experience in sales and/or trademarketing;
- Industrial FMCG business-to-business experience;
- Experience with Ferrero processes and way of doing business is a strong asset;
- Flexibility due to coverage of 6 different time zone (Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Oceans).
- Excellent commands on MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Business proficiency in both English and French is required.
