Acerca del puesto:

Implement all guidelines necessary to the management of the overall quality within all value chain (from suppiler to the delivery to Ferrero plants and B2B customers), according to the quality policies defined by Group Quality (DQG). Activate all necessary levers to guarantee and monitor product and productive process’ quality, according to Ferrero standards and in compliance with all the standards of hygiene and Food Safety in food industry.

Principales responsabilidades:

SUPPLIERS MANAGEMENT

1.Suppliers evaluation and performance monitoring, implementing the ranking methodology

2.Suppliers audit, according to the functional guidelines. external suppliers included

3.Provide information to HCo team on evidences on suppliers in order to take the appropriate improvement action

RANDIMAN

1.Responsible for the randiman by organizing people accordingly in order to check the reliability of the database and by checking continuosly the data

HAZELNUT TRANSFORMATION PROCESS

1.Apply the Quality Requirements, specifications, control plans in overall transformation process, from the incoming phase up to the delivery to Ferrero Plant and Third Parties Customers, ensuring that all guidelines are implemented in a effective way, also in accordance with local voluntary and compulsory rules

2.Manage and block material non compliant, and manage related derogations and non-conformities, activating the escalation process in according to the company procedure

3.Ensure the support and training to the plant specifically for the autocontrol in order to improve the quality culture

4.Implement action plans and linked improvement projects to gain the kpi: improvement of the dqg audit score, etc

5.Measure the quality level along all value chain through sampling plans, audits, it systems (sap qm-ipc), proper reporting, data analysis and elaboration

QUALITY SYSTEM & DOCUMENTATION

1.Maintain the quality system efficient, effective aligned with the group quality system (product excellence, food safety, iso 9000 and fssc 22000) on risk basys (haccp plan)

2.Maintain all certifications required by the group and by the customers (e.g. quality system, product, ethical and religious) and edit all certifications required for exportation and merchandise

A quién estamos buscando:

the person what we’re looking for : 

Food Engineer / Agricultural Engineer or equivalent profession.

Knowledge of Quality and Food Safety.
Knowledge of international standards ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO TS 22002-1, FSSC 22000.
Knowledge in laboratory analysis of dried fruits.
Advanced Office user
Knowledge of food industry / agribusiness production processes.
Knowledge of safety and risk prevention issues.
Experience in the food industry / agribusiness production process (3 years).
Experience in a similar position in the area of quality or production in agribusiness for at least 2 years
Advanced English speaking and written 


 Ability to work in a team.
