About the Role:
As part of the Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team to develop profitable sustainable opportunities for Ferrero and deliver sustainable profitable growth in the future.
Reporting to the Net Revenue Controller, you will be accountable for controlling sales investment within aligned parameters in conjunction with Finance. Responsible for reports and analyses creation in order to drive the investment mix direction and solutions in both current year and PS1.
You will also be responsible for management and evolution of critical customer planning tools, and for the generation of key group reporting.
As the Net Revenue Manager, you will define and capture commercial plan post budget launch event, defining KPIs and commercial metrics by customer and SKU. Monitor and review alignment of commercial plan versus budget planning parameters.
Coordinate with other functions to ensure that customer planning tool is stable, robust and appropriately populated. Create process map and manual(s) to facilitate structured use of customer tool including. You will also have the opportunity to evolve tool to drive further sales capabilities e.g. Base line statistical planning / TPO etc.
Reporting and analysis of sell in and sell out data to provide insight and direction to inform future commercial strategy. As well as, reporting, analysis and insight of YTD and YTG customer plans in order to recommend commercial plan tactical decisions and / or inform future commercial strategy.
You will generate full visibility and insight around mix effects across key metrics (volume, net revenue, sales investment and gross margin) across customers, brands and SKUs, in order to recommend commercial plan tactical decisions and / or inform future commercial strategy.
Be instrumental in managing visibility and coordination with Group reporting; International customer forums and budget tracking, Triple net pricing analysis, Fair treatment analysis, Ad-hoc requests; ensuring compliance and adherence to Group commercial guidelines.
Monitor, track and evaluate customer’s commercial returns (revenue, margin) from Ferrero portfolio ensuring that triple win is delivered for customers and fair treatment is delivered appropriately. Develop and manage ‘best practice’ JBP framework for major customers to ensure optimum mutuality e.g. long term agreements, simplified terms and pricing, conditional investment.
Who we are looking for:
You will ideally be working within Commercial and/or Finance Teams, preferably in a role that has included an element of NRM but has certainly focused on the commercial analysis and implementation of its actionable insights within the broader business. Working cross-functionally (Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain).
You will be a champion on Excel and data analytics, capable of understanding internal P&L and clearly communicate data. Process, system and reporting re-engineering and development.
You will have a balance of being curious and a bias for action; been able to prioritise when you need to dig deeper into the data and when a quick decision is required. Been able to adapt and flex both your style and ways of working to suit the situation.
