About the Role:

Ferrero, a global confectionery brand, is seeking a talented and ambitious National Account Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on the SPAR sector. As an NAE SPAR, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our brand’s presence within this fast-paced market segment. Your primary objective will be to cultivate strong relationships with SPAR retail accounts to ensure maximum visibility and market penetration for our iconic products, creating moments of joy and sweetness cherished by consumers everywhere.

Main Responsibilities:

As an NAE SPAR at Ferrero, your primary responsibility will be to drive profitable sales growth in the SPAR sector. Working closely with the Business Controller and National Account Manager, you will devise a compelling strategy that outperforms the market and distinguishes Ferrero from its competitors. Leveraging your sales expertise and market insight, you will identify growth opportunities and develop innovative approaches to captivate consumers within the SPAR buying space.

Your role extends beyond sales to encompass building and strengthening relationships with internal stakeholders. Serving as a bridge between various departments, including Customer Development, Finance, Field Sales, and other key stakeholders, you will facilitate collaboration to achieve collective goals.

Data-driven decision-making will be fundamental to your role. Through diligent monitoring and reporting on Ferrero and SPAR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), you will uncover valuable insights that inform strategic direction. Armed with this knowledge, you will not only contribute to our continued success but also provide recommendations to enhance performance further.

Collaboration is integral to success at Ferrero. Working closely with the Channel Account Team, you will utilize your exceptional management and analytical skills to drive sales performance in the SPAR sector. Together, you will forge stronger partnerships that fuel brand growth and elevate the organization to new heights.

Active participation in sales team meetings and projects will be encouraged and valued. Your ideas, perspectives, and contributions will shape Ferrero’s journey towards excellence, highlighting the crucial role of every team member.

As a master of efficiency and precision, you will manage invoicing and pricing queries with finesse, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction. Engaging in conversations with SPAR customers and buyers, your interpersonal skills will aim to exceed key commercial plans and leave a lasting positive impression.

Attention to detail and a sense of urgency are paramount as you perform SPAR-specific administrative tasks. Your dedication to excellence will contribute to the seamless operation of our sales process, ensuring precision and care in every aspect of our operations.

Who we are looking for:

As an NAE SPAR, you will have a genuine passion for sales in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Your understanding of FMCG dynamics, particularly within the SPAR sector, will be crucial for success in this role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a diverse range of SPAR stakeholders are highly valued. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, coupled with the ability to analyse commercial and category data effectively within the FMCG context, is essential.
