About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to support one of our biggest Ferrero brands-Kinder. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional, looking to expand their career in the FMCG environment. Candidates should have experience at Executive or Manager level. Be passionate about making a difference and be motivated by driving growth in the category allocated.
The roles will be responsible for co-ordinating and executing a wide range of activities including advertising, promotion, and research. Candidates will be responsible for truly understanding the Kinder range and be an expert in understanding its positioning against competitors. Candidates should have agility of thinking, be able to understand consumer trends and preferences; so that the marketing strategy can be created. Where campaigns are not working, candidates should be nimble to amend and redefine matters quickly. We are keen on applicants that are conversed in the tried and tested traditional marketing methodologies, but we are also looking for candidates that can stretch themselves and bring innovation, creativity and out of the box thinking. Therefore, influencing skills are a must!
Candidates should be analytical and comfortable managing data, as well as having a focus on creativity and innovation. Candidates should be motivated by meeting profit targets and key KPIs. This role will have budget responsibility. To excel in this role, candidates need to have a passion for networking and building internal and external stakeholder relationships. The roles will be fast paced, full of variety giving you the opportunity to thrive in a competitive and interesting market.
- Within budget constraints, manages the advertising, promotion, research, and market analyses costs
- Supports the category Region Marketing Manager in preparing the annual strategic plan plans defining volumes, P&L, activity plan, etc
- 360 management of the brand, analysing promotions and trends and ensuring targets are met
- Work cross functionally with various departments to ensure a seamless process and procedures
