About the Role:

The Market Quality Manager is responsible for measuring, trending and ensuring the freshness of our products in the marketplace for the USA. This role interacts with Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing to optimize product quality for our consumers. The Market Quality Manager will drive analysis of Gate Out, Inventory and Freshness based on best by dating to ensure product entering the market meets Ferrero’s strict quality guidelines.  

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Supply Chain to analyze:
    • Gate-in in to ensure freshness is maintained on items shipping internationally
    • Gate-out to monitor age of product and compliance with Do Not Ship policies
    • Market freshness to understand the elements of root-to-market and distribution, customer stock policies and seasonal loadings
  • Develop improvement proposals and lead multifunctional teams aimed to improve freshness and quality in each step of value chain to provide consumer with best possible experience
  • Manage external team of retail level auditors and drive intelligence gathered through the organization with a focus on freshness at point of purchase
  • Prepare and present Monthly Letter report to Region and Group Management regarding Market Quality KPI and projects

Who we are looking for:

  • 4-7 years’ experience in Commercial Business and/or Quality processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of Production and Logistics topics
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Basic understanding of Business planning and S&OP
  • Ability to lead and influence others
  • Ability to problem solve and set priorities
  • CPG experience is a plus
