About the Role:

The M&A Project Manager will support Integration Management Office for the Cookies Integration throughout 2022-23. In the long-term will support all M&A activity in Ferrero North America. The position will be based in our US Headquarters in Parsippany, NJ office and reports to the Integration Director

Main Responsibilities:

•    Support project management activities
•    Interdependencies between functions
•    Executive reporting to GMT 
•    Support management of outside consulting activity
•    In support of the SVP of Integration and the Integration Director, lead the integration of businesses acquired by Ferrero in the U.S (Approximately $800mm in GSV)
•    Prepare and manage execution of overall integration blueprint, supporting key strategic decisions around integration
•    Assist in designing to-be operating model for combined business across people, systems, and processes for each function (Commercial, Operations, Back-office)
•    Assist in managing the 3-year Strategic Planning process for the Cookies business, working with Senior Leadership and Finance on developing the budget
•    Assist in planning, managing, and developing content for Integration meetings with Ferrero Group and Ferrero North America Senior Leadership
•    Lead overall integration management office including program tracking, reporting and risk management
•    Manage contributions of external service providers such as consulting firms

Who we are looking for:

•    1-3 years relevant experience required executing highly complex post-integration cross-functional project plans
•    Undergraduate Degree required 
•    Ability to work with a business mindset and take an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach
•    Strong analytical and business diagnostic skills
•    Excellent communication skills both written and oral
•    Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite
