About the Role:
Supports the Employee Life Cycle daily operations according to the business needs and legal regulations.
Handle local requests, follow policies and procedures to facilitate continuous improvement of HR and General Services at local level.
Supports communication processes about HR topics.
Provide assistance with search and contact to recruitment companies; handling of contracts and follow up of the recruitment process.
WORKFORCE PLANNING & HR BUDGETING
Support the company procedure
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Assistance and follow-up of the whole compensation & benefits process
Keeping documentations up to date, including Job Descriptions and all contract related documents.
PURCHASE ORDER PROCESSES IN SAP
General handling of the relevant PO process in regard to HR and General Services and in accordance to the compliance guidelines.
Purchase order preparation; processing of incoming invoices; preparation of data entry sheets; cost center check.
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION TOOL AND ANNUAL SALARY REVIEW
Assistance and follow up of the performance evaluation process and provide assistance with preparation of annual salary review.
GS ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Support the administration connected to supplies.
Support administrative tasks related with Health and Safety at work.
Who we are looking for:
College or university degree
At least 3 years work experience with a solid HR generalist track record in a multinational environment
Fluent English and German
