About the Role:

Ferrero is looking for a Group Media Intelligence Manager will support the Group Precision Marketing head in strategic decisions within the business and will require not only strong data skills, but also strong collaboration and coordination skills.
The Group Media Intelligence function will identify and translate market and media insights as well as business needs into actionable findings and recommendations, by leveraging the available tools and different internal and external databases.

Main Responsibilities:

You will assist the Group Media Precision Marketing with analysis to drive media investment efficiency, marketing and brand status understanding, business review, etc.
Explore and analyze the latest big data and AI technologies, planing relevant integration points and platform roadmap according to business needs whilst supportorting the Group Media Guidelines and the other functions with Group Media recommendations and analysis on media investment trends and developing the Group’s capabilities by creating strong collaborations with different internal stakeholders.

On top of that,  you will need to lead the team to deliver the project roadmap defined in alignment with the business objectives and engage the team in activities around PowerBi dashboards development, data cleansing and maintenance in the database, preparation of media analysis.
Deliver the global implementation and management of various analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram, YouTube, Google Search Console & collect and analyze media and consumer data in order to improve campaign targeting and thus media effectiveness.

You will work with your team to identify and integrate the most relevant internal and external data sources for media analysis, build models using the data from our campaigns and researches, as well as creating the Media data repositories and reporting at Group level.
You will also work together with the IT, Business Intelligence and CSU departments as well as with other Media Managers at area and country level to understand the data availability and reporting needs, being responsible to leverage the availability of consumer data from different sources such as web sites, apps, CRM and Media Campaigns to deliver actionable data-driven findings and recommendations.

Who we are looking for:

To be the right fit for this position, you should have a solid experience (5 to 10 years) in middle to senior positions involving Data Management (platform / technology / processes) and proven record of data projects translating into business solutions, with excellent knowledge of Data & Marketing Technology.

You've deepened your knowledge of Media and Digital, data analysis, reporting and the have ability to manage people and cross functional teams to drive Group projects and objectives.

If you are able to do all this in fluent English, you might just be the candidate we are looking for.

Hint: If you have experience in FMCG or Media agency it would be a huge plus!
