About the Role:
For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Grading Program Specialist to coordinate Job Evaluation activities at Group level, develop Ferrero internal ad-hoc benchmark analyses and manage and improve Job Evaluation IT systems.
JOB EVALUTION PROCESS COORDINATION & IMPROVEMENT
You will support Job Evaluation activities management at Group level in terms of process activation, internal / external stakeholders’ engagement, information collection & understanding, sessions preparation & evaluations finalization.
Guarantee consistency between information collected & rationales underlying the drafted evaluations, align with Group/ local HR functions to facilitate Group Job Evaluation guidelines understanding & implementation.
As a Grading Program Specialist, you will also support external/ internal stakeholders to assess, develop & customize innovative Job Evaluation approaches/ tools to be applied in Ferrero according to the different solutions available on the market and promote improvement initiatives to increase Job Evaluation process effectiveness & minimize areas of complexity.
FERRERO INTERNAL BENCHMARK & CALIBRATION ANALYSES
Identify, collect & structure the most relevant qualitative/ quantitative KPIs driving Job Evaluation results & rationales and oversee cross-geography/ function Job Evaluation calibration at Group level to ensure mutual harmonization & overall consistency from an internal benchmark point of view.
You will evaluate Job Evaluation proposal scenarios to identify arising misalignments/ inconsistencies, flagging out potential areas of attention or deep dives needed.
Part of your activities will be also to consolidate ad-hoc dashboards & reports to be used for mapping, analysis & simulation purposes and to design & develop Job Evaluation reports to drive & facilitate sharing/ communication sessions.
IT SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT & IMPROVEMENT
As a Grading Program Specialist your responsibility is to ensure that Job Evaluation IT systems are correctly updated in terms of grading details, rationales & relevant KPIs and to monitor that data availability & systems are correctly functioning. You will communicate arising technical issues to the appointed escalation IT support referents (external/ internal).
You will promote a continuous improvement mindset towards Ferrero IT streamlining initiatives linked to Job Evaluation and supervise transparency & accuracy levels for the Job Evaluation information stored in the IT systems in compliance with the required level of confidentiality.
Who we are looking for:
You have a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Data Analytics and at least 3-4 years of experience in HR, C&B, O&I, HRIS or Program Management in multinational companies with matrix organization.
You have experience in data analysis, data management and data visualization. If you are also familiar with process improvement and management, is a plus.
In addition, you have basic knowledge of rewards, knowledge of grading methodology (KFHG, Mercer, WTW) is an advantage.
Teamwork, business acumen and project management skills are relevant for this role.
Communication and presentation skills as well as emotional and social intelligence are required to build an effective business relationship and to properly manage relevant stakeholders.
You have good knowledge in MS Office (Excel in particular) and have already gained knowledge in SAP HR.
You are fluent in English. Any other language is an advantage.
