About the Role:

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg we are looking for a Global eCommerce Portfolio Manager, a critical role for delivering Ferrero’s ambitious eCommerce commercial objectives.
In your role you will be defining and coordinating the development, execution & maintenance of a breakthrough ecommerce Portfolio innovation pipeline across all categories, eCommerce sub-channels and markets globally. 
Within the global SBD e-commerce & category management teams you will need to collaborate with Global Brand teams, Global Category, Execution Excellence, Global Packaging, Area Marketing, Area + Local eCommerce, & Local Trade Marketing as well Global Operations, Quality and Supply

Main tasks: 

You will be in charge of the Global eCommerce Portfolio Definition and identification of all online need state portfolio white spaces.
In regards to the ePortfolio Governance you will be defining the Portfolio success criteria by category/sub-channel, governance improvement opportunities, complexity and synergy tracking.
Through Cross Function alignment you will be co-leading with global marketing on the development of a robust eCommerce portfolio and innovation pipeline. In collaboration with Global Category you will ensure relevant eCommerce propositions within all new product launch plans.
Hand in hand with the Global packaging, you will identify the Technical Portfolio Requirements and develop the group eCommerce Packaging capabilities.
In collaboration with Global Operations, you will be in charge of the operational excellence and herewith the identification and implementation of relevant fast-track processes and opportunities for Regional/Area co-packing.
Additionally, you will be identifying the future opportunities for the eCommerce portfolio, analyzing of competitor activity and sharing best practice leading the continuous improvement. 
For the global digital catalogue, you will have the management and accountability for the development & maintenance with regards to eCommerce portfolio.

Who we are looking for:


  • 8+ years of experience; 
  • Relevant academic background (Bachelors, Masters, MBA or related);
  • Previous experience in eCommerce Marketing, Category Mgmt., Shopper Marketing, Innovation, Portfolio Management,
  • Previous experience in FMCG, CPG or related;
  • Experience in Sweet Packaged Food is a plus;
  • Strategic global mindset;
  • Influencing & Stakeholder Management skills;
  • Result orientation;
  • Strong ownership and ability to create a concept and follow up until the implementation;
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization.


  • MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel.


  • English proficiency is a must;
  • Any additional language is a plus.
